Canoe Vineyard & Winery is located in scenic Talking Rock, Georgia. Our tasting room and vineyard is nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of The North Georgia mountains blessed with mesmerizing Tuscan sunsets. All our wines are hand made, estate bottled with care and craftsmanship.
Canoe Vineyard & Winery is a family affair, started by Charles and Cathy as a dream that began over a decade ago. Both of our heritage are from the old countries where wine is part of everyday life, consumed with meals, snacks and just sipping.
We broke ground in 2019 with the first vines planted in 2020. Our amazing tasting room/winery was completed in 2021/2022. Giving you some of the best views North Georgia has to offer. Along with plenty of delicious wines for you to enjoy. We welcome you to our dream come true, enjoy a glass of wine and from our family to yours, we thank you and Cheers!

Come and visit our vineyard and wineries tasting room, right in the heart of the vineyard. Located at 119 Inland Drive in Talking Rock, Georgia.

Wine List
Viognier (Vee-own-jay) With aromas of peach and honeysuckle, this medium-bodied wine has a pleasant and lingering smoothness that makes you want another glass (or 2). Pairs well with chicken and light, non-citus fruit.
Cabernet Sauvignon – Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine, without being overpowering, letting the subtle, lighter flavors shine. Easy to drink over a steak dinner or with other rich foods.
Joe’s Red Cuvee – Classic old world blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Alicate Bouschet . Aged 18 months in oak barrels, smooth, rich, full-bodied, overflowing with berry and chocolate flavors. It goes with any medium flavored dishes and apps. It will pare up to a heavier lamb dish or classic Italian Ossi Buco.
My Better Half (Chardonnay) This wine was crafted for my bride, because she loves Chardonnay. This smooth medium-bodied wine manages to still be light and refreshing. It’s tropical flavors and hint of oak makes it perfect appetizer wine.
Merlot – The most full-bodied wine in our collection, it possesses supple tannins, cherry and chocolate flavors. A wine that is easy to drink but still stands up to heavy dishes.
Sweet Misty – Named after our sweet, beautiful dog, Misty, this wine is also sweet and has beautiful flavors. This is a great wine to enjoy with friends and create wonderful memories, just like we had with Misty.
